Get 2 International Certifications under the Hotel Management Program. You will receive a Singapore certification after you finished your program and an Australian qualification certificate if you request with additional fee for the issuance of certificate from TAFE Australia.

This program is a combination of study and industrial attachment.

Specialization Certificate:

10 months - Food and Beverage Management
(4 months academic + 6 months paid apprenticeship)

The Specialization Certificate in Food and Beverage Management provides the foundation for Food and Beverage staff to develop key skills and knowledge in all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations. Students learn skills like bartending, restaurant service and customer service. The skills learned are supported by a solid theoretical framework on which practical knowledge is based.

10 months - Rooms Division
( 4 months academic + 6 months paid apprenticeship)

The Certificate of Specialization in Rooms Division provides the foundation for Rooms Division staff to develop key skills and knowledge in all aspects of Rooms Division. Students learn skills like receiving and processing reservation, providing accommodation reception services, preparing room for guests, controlling linen and storage and managing an on-premise laundry plant.

12 months - Certificate in Hospitality Operations
(6 months academic + 6 months paid apprenticeship)

This Certificate provides you the foundation for your hospitality career. Learn the skills of function waiting, food and wine service, customer service and more. This course provides a solid theoretical framework on which to base your newly acquired practical skills, giving you the confidence to be a professional who takes pride in their work.

Apprenticeship
Upon completion of the certificate program, students will embark on 6-months apprentice program with reputable hotels in Singapore to develop a broad based learning experience. This apprenticeship will enable students to gain valuable on-the-job skills training, practical experience and future opportunities in Singapore. Students will be paid a monthly training allowance during the apprentice attachment.

Career Prospects:
Successful graduates will gain a Singapore recognized Certificate and TAFE Australia Certificate for advanced academicstanding to overseas Degree Program as well as opportunities in Singapore.
